Just Wow.
If my life ever becomes this shitty, I would hope that I would have the strength to seek help.
There is a liquor store that is not far from my house. At least 4 times a week the path I walk my dog in the morning goes past the strip mall that it is in.
About 6 months ago, I noticed a change. Walking by shortly after 6:00AM, it was apparent that the liquor store opened at 6. Weird, but whatever. Maybe they were getting early deliveries, or some such reason.
Nope. It appears that they ARE open that early, and what’s more is that there is a steady stream of clientele that visits this purveyor of spirits and malted beverages at (checks watch) six AM.
Holy shit, there are a LOT of people who line up to buy alcohol in the pre-dawn hours.
I hope my life never gets so shitty that I drink that much.
