Music: Flailing Idiots

I will start with this is not my usual jam. I will admit that I do have some punk and surf in my collection, but this is a departure for me.

They list themselves as “Pop-Punk” (somewhere, Sid Vicious is rolling in his grave at that genre title), they are young, 14 - 17 years old, and they have just a killer groove.

The venue is an Oceanside skate shop, and it was a simple gig, a trio of players, an audience, and a catchy tune.

Music distilled to its essentials.

Flailing Idiots? Great title for a band. But they are definitely not idiots. They are going places!
