A petite etude in the midst of a Zepparella show, demonstrates her outstanding command of the instrument.
Again with the YT kvetching, here is the incomparable Gretchen Menn, axe slinger of newsletter fav Zepparella, playing unaccompanied (ok a tiny bit o’ drums), and she is showing off.
The song is a medley of Bures sur Yvette, and Etudes Simples No. 6. No, I haven’t heard of these, but I have to say that this bit of her with her trio is just sublime.
Not much more to say, but damn, can she play!
