Music: Rosalie Cunningham

A fresh face, immense talent, and a familiar style that just feels cozy. Rosalie is a hidden gem

Music: Rosalie Cunningham

It is almost daily that I "discover" a new (to me) artist, and this time it is Rosalie Cunningham from the UK. A multi-instrumentalist, I first stumbled across her in a live performance that was just amazing.

Naturally, I clicked 'like' and that was just the trigger that Youtube needed to feed my maw with more. And it is just what the doctor ordered. I snapped this from her website:

Her music is straight up rock, with a flair of early 70's progressive. Her playing is jaunty and fun, and her voice is, in a word, fun.

This one is a delight that she says was put together from a variety of clips from her home studio (with friends, obvs). What delighted me was the homage to the Monty Python animation that Terry Gilliam was famous for.

Just fun, enjoy!

I really dig this, and if she ever toured within a couple hundred miles of me, I would take make a road trip to go see her.
